The RAC account was not only the biggest in our state, but the toughest - every piece of communication came under multiple levels of scrutiny and increasingly had to adhere to more stringent rules over the duration of our relationship. So while we always put our best foot forward, I acknowledge that the work here errs on the side of functional.

Working alongside my CD for 3.5years on this account did however teach me diplomacy, attention to detail, the nuances of client relationships, thick skinned presentation skills, working to tight budgets, fitting multiple messages into one ad, biting my tongue, and how to build excellent relationships with production houses and directors given how often we were shooting.
